1.ELIGABILITY
1.1 True Beauty London website is intended for use by beauty lovers Worldwide!
2.YOUR STATUS
2.1 By placing an order through our site, you warrant that:

3. HOW THE CONTRACT IS FORMED BETWEEN YOU AND US
3.1 After placing an order on our standard order form, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy products by subscribing to a service. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the product has been dispatched. The contract will only be formed when we send you confirmation of dispatch.
3.2 The contract will relate only to those products whose dispatch we have confirmed in the dispatch confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other products which may have been part of your order until the dispatch of such products has been confirmed.
3.3 The subscription plan to our services consist of an initial charge and then followed by recurring period charges as agreed to by you. By entering into this Agreement, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. truebeautylondon.co.uk may submit periodic charges (e.g., monthly) without further authorisation from you, until you provide prior notice that you have terminated this authorisation or wish to change your payment method. To terminate your authorisation or change your payment method, log in to your customer account and edit through the payment details tab.
3.4 By subscribing to truebeautylondon.co.uk you are agreeing to pay recurring periodic subscriptions for full length of your subscription plan or until cancelled by you or us.
3.5 You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will not be charged for any cancellation. You can re-subscribe at any time following your cancellation, but we reserve the right not to permit re-subscription where we have previously elected to terminate a subscription by you.
3.6 Auto-renewal. Following your initial subscription period of a fixed one, three, six or twelve month subscription, your truebeautylondon.co.uk subscription will be automatically renewed. Any one, three, six or twelve month subscription (fixed or gift) cancelled before the subscription expiration is not eligible for a refund.
3.7 If you wish to cancel your monthly subscription with us, you must cancel by the 10th day of the calendar month in order to avoid receiving the following months box.
3.8 We reserve the right to reject a renewal request of your subscription at any time without giving any reasons for our decision.
4. VOUCHERS AND GIFT CARDS
4.1 We may offer gift cards, discount promotions and other types of voucher.
When paid for, the voucher is deemed to have been sold at the time of payment.
4.2 All gift cards and vouchers may only be used once and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or published either directly or indirectly in any form or stored in a data retrieval system without our prior written approval.
4.3 We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel any gift card or voucher for any reason at any time.
4.4 Gift cards and Vouchers may only be redeemed through the website www.truebeautylondon.co.uk and not through any other website or method of communication.
5. CONSUMER RIGHTS
5.1 You may cancel a contract at any time within fourteen days, beginning on the day after you received your order.
5.2 Details of your statutory right of cancellation, and an explanation of how to exercise it, are provided in the dispatch confirmation. This provision does not affect your other statutory rights as a consumer.
6. AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY
6.1 Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the dispatch confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, we aim to deliver your order within 1-3 working days for UK orders and 7-10 working days for International orders after the confirmed dispatch date.
6.2 Additional Customs fees may be applied to International orders dependent on the delivery destination.
7. RISK AND TITLE
7.1 Use of products will be at your own risk from the time of delivery.
7.2 Ownership of the products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the products, including delivery charges.
8. PRICE AND PAYMENT
8.1 The price of the products and our delivery charges will be as shown on our website.
8.2 Product prices include VAT.
8.3 Product prices and delivery charges are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a dispatch confirmation.
8.4 Payment for all products and services must be by credit or debit card. We accept payment with PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express
9. OUR REFUNDS POLICY
9.1 If you return a product to us:
You must make your request for a refund known within the fourteen-day cooling-off period.
9.2 We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and no later than within 30 days of the day you gave the refund request. In this case, we will refund the price of the product in full, less any delivery fees.

9.3 We will usually refund any money received from you using the same payment method used to complete your purchase.

10.1 We warrant to you that any product purchased from us through our site will, on delivery, conform with its description, be of satisfactory quality, and be reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products of that kind are commonly supplied.
11. LIABILITY
11.1 failure to comply with these terms and conditions will deem us liable to you for the purchase price of the products only.
11.2 Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits our liability for:

12.1 Applicable laws require that some of the information or communications we send to you should be in writing. When using our website, you accept that communication with us will be mainly electronic.
12.2 We will contact you by e-mail or provide you with information via our website.
For contractual purposes, you agree to this electronic means of communication and you acknowledge that all information that we provide to you electronically comply with any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
13. ALL OTHER COMMUNICATION

All notices from True Beauty London Ltd will be given either via e-mail or postal address you provide to us in your account.
13.2 Notice will be deemed received and properly served immediately when posted on our website, 24 hours after an e-mail is sent, or two days after the date of posting of any letter.
14. TRANSFER OF RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
14.1 The contract between you and us is binding.
14.2 You may not transfer, assign, charge or otherwise dispose of a contract, or any of your rights or obligations arising under it, without written consent.
15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
15.1 We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site.
15.3 If you post comments via our social media platforms relating to our website, products or services you must ensure that a true representation is described in a commentary used.
15.4 By subscribing to our service you consent to the use of quotes from your commentary on our site and in any advertising or social media platforms.
16. NATURAL DISASTER & EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
16.1 We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control including, strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action; riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war, threat or preparation for war.
Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster; Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.
17. WAIVER
17.1 If we fail, at any time during the term of a contract, to insist upon strict performance of any of your obligations under the contract or any of these terms and conditions, or if we fail to exercise any of the rights or remedies to which we are entitled under the contract, this will not constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies and will not relieve you from compliance with such obligations.
18. DISTINGUED TERMS
18.1 If any of these terms and conditions stated are determined to be invalid or unlawful, the term and/or condition in question will be severed from the remaining terms and conditions which will continue to be legally valid.
19. AGREEMENT
19.1 These terms and conditions and any document expressly referred to in them constitute the whole agreement between us and supersede all previous discussions, correspondence, negotiations, previous arrangement, understanding or agreement between us relating to the subject matter of any contract.
19.2 We (You and True Beauty London Ltd) acknowledge that, in entering into a contract, neither of us relies on any representation or warranty that is not set out in these terms and conditions or the documents referred to in them.
19.3 Each of us agrees that our only liability in respect of those representations and warranties that are set out in this agreement will be for breach of contract.
19.4 Nothing in this clause limits or excludes any liability for fraud.
20. AMENDMENTS
20.1 We hold the rights to make amendments pertaining to these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in all aspects of the marketplace.
